We shared an update regarding the graphical issues reported in Switchback VR on Friday - you can read and refer to this here.
The game team are currently investigating the issues reported and we'll be sharing an update as soon as more information is available.

It's a PS4 game for PSVR1 actually

It's very sad to be honest, the graphic is very bad and subtitles are not good at all to the eyes, the overall game seriously hurt our eyes, we should really get a refund for the game.

It's like nobody test the game before launch and accept to report the release date.
And im afraid they don't understand the real problem with this game... it's not finish, it's a bêta.

@Georgina, i understand your damage control, but the game cost 40€ and it's a PS4 game for PSVR1, you really can't do nothing for that... and you can't sell it on PS5 like a PSVR2 game !

I must reiterate, Jester, that Switchback VR is a game that was developed exclusively for the PS VR2 system. It is not a PS VR title, nor was developed for the PS4. As such, please refrain from spreading misinformation.
As previously communicated, we'll provide another update when we have more news to share; at the moment, the team are identifying the causes of the reported issues and testing potential fixes, and we do not have anything new to add at the moment. Thank you. 😊

I can only apologise if you feel that our approach to Switchback VR has felt in any way mocking. This was not at all the team's intention, and they are committed to improving the gameplay experience for all players.

We've released the first post-launch patch for Switchback VR today. This is a stability update to resolve crashes, and you can find the patch notes shared here.
We plan to share another update very soon detailing additional fixes for graphical and performance-based issues, so please look out for this.

Hey J - I'm sorry to hear that you feel this way. At the moment, the development team for Switchback VR are still in the process of compiling the next patch for the game. They're doing their best to address as many reported issues and as much player feedback as they can, and we do hope to be able to share another update soon with regard to their progress.
All of us appreciate the understanding and patience of the community while this work is ongoing.
