    Hey J,

We've just shared another update regarding Switchback VR's upcoming patch, detailing the targeted release window and some of the fixes and improvements that will be contained in it. You can find that here.

We cannot comment on PlayStation's refund policy, as this is completely external from us and we have no influence over this.

Hello J - we are very sorry to hear that you are feeling this way about Switchback VR.

As communicated in our latest update shared on April 12th, the Switchback VR team are currently in the process of working on another patch which seeks to address further issues reported by the community. The first patch addressed several crashes and improved game stability, which you can read about in the aforementioned update as well.

We don't have an estimate yet of when we can expect this patch to be ready for deployment, but as soon as we do, we'll be sharing another update here in our Zendesk Community as well as on our social media channels.

You mentioned wishing to seek a refund for the game - we are unable to assist with this type of request ourselves, and must redirect you back to your retailer Sony if wishing to pursue such a request. You can contact them via the PlayStation Support website.

    Thank you.
