How to complete the Fire Trap Puzzle in Panopticon

Panopticon includes many murder traps - This particular trap is made to set you on fire.

To avoid being set on fire, there are switches on the fire trap which you can shoot multiple times to push it away from you.

You have two attempts to do this until you die.
